Set up personalised notifications on smartphone via iDMSS or gDMSS to improve your customer's CCTV experience. Set up notifications that actually matter for your customer. Choose to enable IVS notifications, motion detection notifications, camera status notifications and more


Notification Types

Choose notifications that matter by selecting the specific type of push notifications users receive.

Intelligent Video Surveillance rules (IVS): Tripwire, intrusion, face detection and missing or abandoned item identifier.

Motion detection: Users can receive motion notifications

Camera Status: Camera masking and cameras defocus

Alarms: Sensor, battery, network , HDD and local alarms.

And more: Voltage test, thermal image, audio detection and stereo vision.

Push Types

Adjusting the push type setting will change what type of push notification is received by the smartphone and what the user will see when they first press the notification.

Live preview: A live video of the event will be played.

Video: The footage of the event will be played back.

Image: An image of the event will be shown.

The user can also switch between push types once the event has occurred by selecting the preferred push type at the top of the screen.

How to personalise push notifications

Step 1: Enter the app, select the home button and then select messages tab, then select the add button.

Step 2: Choose the video recorder you would like to add push notifications.

Step 3: Select the push notification, and the channel you wish to set notifications.

Step 4: Then change the push type, and now select the save icon to apply the notifications.
