Clearance Product Terms and Conditions

The following terms do not modify your statutory rights under Australian consumer law.

RhinoCo clearance products may be second-hand, used, refurbished, repaired or ex-demonstration. To this end all RhinoCo clearance products are sold on a spare-parts or component basis. They are suitable for hobbyists or experienced technicians to use for testing or performing repairs.

Some clearance products may include notes regarding how the product may differ from a brand-new unit. Before purchasing any clearance product, you are welcome to visit our head office and:

Open any packaging and physically inspect goods to ensure that the appearance and finish are to your satisfaction.
Request that a product be powered on (where applicable) to confirm what functionality is available.

You understand that upon purchasing any clearance product, RhinoCo will not accept returns for change of mind. Furthermore, you acknowledge that you are purchasing goods for their individual parts and components.

For customers that are not technically minded, we strongly suggest you purchase a new product instead. All new products come with a manufacturer warranty of between 1 and 4 years (on top of statutory requirements).

If you see a product in our clearance section and would like to purchase a new unit with our industry leading extended warranty, please talk to one of our staff.

Clearance items sell quick and have limited stock. Even if you have added a product to your shopping cart, it is not reserved until you have completed the checkout process. Please proceed to the checkout page as soon as possible to ensure you don't miss out on a bargain.
